The following documents are needed to register for either football or cheerleading for the 2008 season. You can view, print, or save a copy of the Registration Contract or the Medical Release Form by clicking on the document name below.

Registration fees are $85.00 per player or cheerleader with a family cap of $170.00. There will be an additional fee for cheerleading supplies. More information will be posted on this site later.
